They added LoJack, paint protector, and undercoating for an extra $1900 that could not be removed and was on top of the advertised price. They gave me no option but to e-sign all of the documents on my phone where I couldn't read what I was signing and they declined to summarize each document for me as I requested. They tried to put the mileage of the truck being purchased on the affidavit for the car we were trading in, which was lower by 30,000 miles. After purchasing, we found the windshield washer spray was not working and they refused to fix it. I would have walked out, but my son had done a lot of research and really wanted this vehicle, and I didn't want to sorely disappoint him when we had driven so far to get this. I would never deal with these people again. More
