I called Orlando and asked about the Mazda incentives offered and the 2019 CX-5 that Hyman still had. I was also interest in a 2020 CX-5. Orlando gave me the pricing for both cars over the phone. We made an appt to see both cars. When we arrived at the dealership both cars were right in front with Orlando coming out to greet us. He went over both cars thoroughly and the differences between the two model years. We decided the 2019 suited our purposes better and took that one for a test drive. I had done my research and we already owned a Mazda3 so the CX-5 console felt very familiar. After the test drive, we were ready to purchase so Orlando prepared all the paperwork and we were very pleased with the pricing that Hyman agreed to on the 2019. I'm usually pretty thorough but I forgot about the 2019 CX-5 brochure and Orlando remembered to give me a copy. The dealership was also nice enough to offer to laminate the window sticker for us. There was no hard sell of extended warranties or unnecessary add-ons which I appreciated. It was a very pleasant experience in purchasing our Mazda CX-5. I'm looking forward to getting the vehicle serviced here. More
