Had a really bad experience last month while searching for our next Passport. I was convinced from salesperson to visit dealer with a price on hand, with the comments that we are transparent and honest 10 for our next Passport. I was convinced from salesperson to visit dealer with a price on hand, with the comments that we are transparent and honest 100% etc. Drove 45 mins to go there. At the beginning the salesperson was totally unaware of us as potential customers even if salesperson had told me we are in file with a secured price. We were clear from the beginning we wanted only one car and not interested discuss other deals. Then he found our file and we started talk, provided IDs etc. to move on. In the meantime, we were asking for some gift, floor mats, discount on HomeLink etc. The salesman went back and forth to his manager to ask/proceed. Some time he told us he brings the car from behind and he was indeed there outside the place we were sitting. He came and took us outside to see the car. After a few minutes, we came in and literally after 2 minutes he came to tell us car is sold....... Obviously, that may happen. A new customer offered more, etc. however dishonest people are the worse. I really dont understand we were outside to see the car and told after 2 mins its sold. We told salesman we have nothing else to discuss and left. The business field is really weird with many factors affecting the results. When you treat your potential customers like this dishonest way, how you expect to improve your scores, your reputation and your future expanding of business? Why I should say good words for this dealer to my colleagues, friends, family etc.? Despite the Honda's disappointment i finally found the car I was looking in a better price. And with dealers that were honest. And with sales that were clear from the first email. And to answer to the Google review/reply: Sir the thing that someone bought the car while we were there is totally fine and understandable. I am just telling you that: 1) I drove 45 mins with a price on hand - 2) Sales were showing the car to us until they told me its sold, (literally 2 mins after we got in) After above two, please convince me that the overall invitation in the dealer wasn't a trick. And no, thanks I dont want any business with you anymore. More

Very patient with going through all my options. No pressure, honest, just great service. Bob Woods the online sales manager was also amazing to work with. Went above and beyond to make a deal that worked with me. Can’t say it enough, very grateful for the team at Honda of Lisle! Definitely made a customer for life. More
