Orlando Welsh was helpful from beginning to end. Also, David Gutierrez in finance was also a pro who made the final step a breeze - explaining options clearly and respecting my decision to decline. Despite these excellent individuals, the dealer playbook is to include unrequested tertiary products on the invoice (Lo-Jack, etc.). It's 2024 - do we still need to go through the theater of needing to decline (and then decline again) $2000 of dealer-imposed padding just to get back to their original asking price? The deal could have been closed an hour sooner with the same outcome, but I guess everyone has time to waste. It puts a sour taste where none existed, and demeans everyone involved at the dealership. Orlando worked very hard to help me get into my BMW X3. From the get go, he was polite, professional, not pushy, answered all of my questions, and made purchasing my car an excellent experience! I also worked with Carlos Salinas, who walked me through all of the financial aspects. The documents were all ready for me to sign. I wasn’t in the dealership for more than one hour to complete the entire document process. Bobby also gave great advice on the technology components of the vehicle and what to expect. He also let me know that if I had further questions to reach out to him and set an appointment for a more in-depth explanation of the internal technical components. Kudos to these three gentlemen for allowing me to FINALLY enjoy purchasing a car! More
