My experience with Clay Cooley has been absolutely horrible. From the very beginning, the service was unprofessional and unacceptable. They delivered my vehicle to me with no gas, no license plate, an horrible. From the very beginning, the service was unprofessional and unacceptable. They delivered my vehicle to me with no gas, no license plate, and no inspection. On top of that, the staff didn’t even know how to handle the registration process until a manager had to get involved. To make matters worse, I later discovered that the vehicle they sold me for $25,000 was only worth around $11,250. This is beyond deceptive and feels like I was completely taken advantage of. This is by far the worst dealership experience I have ever had, and I will be reporting Clay Cooley to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General’s Office. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I highly recommend staying away from this dealership. More
