Once we had decided the normally painful experience of sorting out financing and actually processing the sale of the vehicle was also a fantastic experience with a minimum of stress and an outcome where everyone was happy. Even after the point of sale Oscar went above and beyond to make sure were were satisfied including coming out to our house to deliver documentation that needed to be signed.
