My buying experience with Braman was one of the best. My salesman, Tyler, was supportive and patient with my decision process, never pushy. Once I selected my car, Tyler helped make the sales process and paperwork quick and easy. After signing the paperwork, my car magically appeared perfectly details and ready to drive away. I was impressed, but there was more to come. The next day, my low mileage used car gave a warning light for a battery malfunction. Although I did not purchase a warrantee yet, Tyler and his sales manager gave me a loaner and make sure the issue was fixed properly the following day. Great job, team! See you next time. More

Purchased a clean used Mercedes CLS 550 from Braman. After about 6 days of ownership, the check engine light came on. I did not purchase the extended warranty given the car only had about 30k miles on i After about 6 days of ownership, the check engine light came on. I did not purchase the extended warranty given the car only had about 30k miles on it but I called Braman and spoke with the sales manager and he offered to help me diagnose the problem and wash and wax the car for my inconvenience. Fortunately the issue was just a faulty sensor and was resolved. I am happy with the after-sale service and follow up, and will definitely buy another car from Braman again. More
