Amazing experience with this dealership and salesman Oscar. We bought this car online because we lived at a distance from West Palm. This was our first time doing this which was scary. Oscar was always very quick to respond to my countless questions as well as the finance advisor Igor. They diligently helped me get the financing I desired. Oscar came to the airport all the way in Ft Lauderdale to pick me up when I came to get the car and had all kinds of valuable information to impart about my new vehicle. It was first class treatment all the way! Then he set me up with their technology service advisor Rob and he gave me an incredible technical inservice on how to use my new luxury car. They gave me their personal telephone numbers and encouraged me to call or text any time with additional questions. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car and especially if buying it online. Trust goes far and I really felt like I could trust all those I interacted with in making this huge purchase. I love my new BMW X7! It’s everything they promised me it would be!
