I like that they aren't as pushy as they were a few years ago. Now they only really do what you tell them to do. I had a coupon and the person checking me in told me to hang onto it. Then when I received ago. Now they only really do what you tell them to do. I had a coupon and the person checking me in told me to hang onto it. Then when I received my bill the coupon was not included. I had to wait while they refigured the bill. One customer service rep checked me in but another one checked me out and did not relay the coupon to the person taking over my account. The bill was still higher than it should have been by a few dollars but I decided to just pay it and get out of there. Had to go find an employee to move a car so I could get out because they had blocked me. But all in all, they are so much better than they used to be. More

Everyone did a great job! I know most businesses are short-staffed right now, but the service department was hustling to get to everyone. Oscar was great! Mr. Reid is and has been my service advisor for almost 5 years he is great. I have had several problems with the call center to schedule service and this almost caused me to change dealerships but Kendaly years he is great. I have had several problems with the call center to schedule service and this almost caused me to change dealerships but Kendalyn has allowed me to be able to make direct appts with the dealership which is perfect. The dealership environment is comfortable while you wait. I love it here. More

NOT HONEST!! Wanted to sell me a tire when I didn’t need one!! Lied about my tire leaking air. I was told my tire had a nail it it AND IT WAS LEAKING AIR!!! I was told The dealership does NOT repair tire one!! Lied about my tire leaking air. I was told my tire had a nail it it AND IT WAS LEAKING AIR!!! I was told The dealership does NOT repair tires but could sell me a new tire. I left the dealership and went to a tire shop and was toldmy tire was not leaking air and the mail didn’t penetrate through the tire. My tire was removed and throughly inspected for leaks and none were found. More
