Oscar was wonderful, made us laugh, got us a lyft so we didn't have to wait around while our car was being fixed and was very knowledgeable. The team fixed my problem quickly and I couldn't even tell they didn't have to wait around while our car was being fixed and was very knowledgeable. My service advisor was great. The time for my service was only an hour. They had a coffee bar and comfortable seating! I didn't have to pay since it's apart of my regular service. only an hour. The service here was amazing. I had an appointment to service two airbag recalls and Oscar Johnson’s customer service and efficiency was exceptional! He kept in constant communication about the repairs and the estimated time was spot on. Although I was there briefly I felt as if I was apart of the Jim Ellis family. I feel very confident in their ability to help me in the near future if any problems are to arise with my Toyota. Oscar provided me with their direct teams contact information and assured me that I could call or text any team member if I ran into any issues or concerns.
