Acton Toyota accepted my deposit for a new car, told me it had been ordered and would arrive in 4-6 weeks, and after 4 weeks told me they couldn't get that car, that it was unavailable anywhere in the US. it had been ordered and would arrive in 4-6 weeks, and after 4 weeks told me they couldn't get that car, that it was unavailable anywhere in the US. (I subsequently ordered through a different nearby dealership and had my car in one month.) It took months to get my deposit back. Manager I spoke with gave me quite a run around, even after it was clear Acton would not be getting me the car I was seeking and well qualified to pay for. Look elsewhere. More

Absolute worst dealership experience I have ever dealt with. Pedro Pires was the salesperson helping me. I had to pull teeth to try and have him sell me a car. I spoke with the GSM Oscar Villagran who pro with. Pedro Pires was the salesperson helping me. I had to pull teeth to try and have him sell me a car. I spoke with the GSM Oscar Villagran who promised this car was held for me and it definitely was not. He also said I am not allowed to get financing outside of the dealership and I have to use their financing which is illegal. We agree to numbers, and I ask for wiring instructions and they sell the car under my feet. Don’t trust this dealership and stay away. More
