Awesome experience Set up an appointment to look at a few vehicles. But ended up driving off in a brand new 2019 Kia. We are first time car buyers. Otto our salesman was very fun,professional and went above and beyond to get us in a new car to keep my family safe. Even though we were first time car buyers with no credit score. He got us a low down payment plus our trade in. And low monthly payments with the whole package included. He treated me and my family so well. That we felt like he was family. We really appreciate everything he did for us.we also love our brand new car. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you everyone at Kia for all the help and knowledge on hos things work. I've heard horror stories about car buying. But that's not the case at friendly Kia. They really stand behind the name friendly kia..5 plus stars.
