It all started with a call to Ms. Katherine Stahl to answer some internet pricing questions, which she fielded like a pro and would not let me go until I was totally satisfied. She conferred with Mr. Matt Cogswell who quickly stated a price that made it impossible for me not to want to visit within hours. Upon arrival, a few hours later, Mr. Otto Villalta greeted us like royalty and was very instrumental and highly knowledgeable in shaping a great deal on a great vehicle. He expertly and considerately touches on every detail of the buying experience, even down to helping my daughter pair her phone to the vehicle, something not many sales know how to do. We appreciate him, as we know we have been assisted by the "Creme de la Creme" of sales. Thanks Mr. Otto!!! And last but not least by far, we experienced Ms. Diane Borden, who in our book is the "Financier's Financier", and topped the deal by sharing some valuable info on warranty and interest, which expertly placed the cherry on the icing of the sweetest deal we ever had. My daughter drives 100 miles a day for work, and she just loves the luxury handling of the Niro so much that the miles melt away into bliss. I told her get ready for an even better surprise when she experiences the gas pump (a friend of mine has owned one for over a year and he still is overwhelmed and ecstatic over the gas savings when he goes to fill up!).
