It was a very pleasant experience The entire staff at Friendly Kia were friendly from the time we came into the showroom until we left . He told me every step of the way what was going on and I appreciated that very much . Diane was very knowledgeable and friendly as well and was there with us late on a Sunday so we appreciate her and we had some laughs at the same time :) More
