I stumbled into Friendly Kia after having a great experience at Hundai, going back and forth between the Santa Fe Limited and the Sorento EX. The staff was extremely helpful and supportive when they experience at Hundai, going back and forth between the Santa Fe Limited and the Sorento EX. The staff was extremely helpful and supportive when they found out that I was tricked by a different dealership. They gave me the facts about the car I wanted and explained how there were none available in the entire state, before January. They saw how devastated I was and they all worked like a team to help me find exactly what fit my needs without compromise. The staff from management to finance were exceptional. Thank you Friendly Kia for making me a happy lady on my birthday. You are truly the best!!! More

Okay experience. Was juggled between two different salesman plus the normal finance guy. I was only told at delivery there was only 1 key for the car.
