Friendly Kia absolutely came thru on a deal that got me out of my negative equity. After purchasing 6 cars over 17 year from a Hyundai dealer, Hyundai did not and would not offer me any deals or incentives out of my negative equity. After purchasing 6 cars over 17 year from a Hyundai dealer, Hyundai did not and would not offer me any deals or incentives to help with my dilemma. Upon entering Friendly Kia they were extremely helpful in finding a vehicle that matched all my needs for a car and to eliminate the negative equity from my trade. I am truly happy with the results and offers they presented knowing full well that I was in a real hard spot. They could have taken some advantages like Hyundai was doing but Friendly Kia was more about helping their customer than their bottom line. I will not shop anywhere else and will only recommend Friendly Kia to everyone I know looking for a new or used vehicle. Otto Villalta was the best sales person I have ever met, there was no b.s. or having to go back and forth with sales manager. He straight up told his manager what I needed to accomplish and they made it happen. If you go to Friendly Kia ask for him and if he isn't available WAIT for him, he makes things happen! More
