I was greeted by a very nice gentleman to service my vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation. An hour later, he updated me that another service man, Otto, took over my ticket and was finishing up. A vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation. An hour later, he updated me that another service man, Otto, took over my ticket and was finishing up. Another 45 minutes later, I was told that it was in detailing and should be out soon. Another 30 minutes later, I was told it was being towel dried and should be done soon. Two hours later after I had walked over to the service area as I ran out of patience and time, the original gentleman did what he could to expedite the paperwork, check me out and get me on my way. Otto never actually spoke to me the entire time. 2.5 hours total spent as the first apt of the day for just an oil change and tire rotation. Very disappointing. More
