Great car, decent deal, mediocre dealership. Long time Toyota fan here, and bought more than a fair share of new ones up here in Washington. Had to search outside my area for a signature color TRD Pro 4Runner and ended up being able to put a deposit on one in transit that someone wasn't able to get financed on. Agreed on price and trade value relatively easy (at least for online and over the phone). Was notified when the vehicle was dropped off and sent pics and video and arranged pickup 2 days later. Once we arrived at the dealership (4hr drive) of course our agreed upon numbers had changed. That being said this was me and my wife's 35th wedding anniversary and here I had drug her down here only to find the deal had changed?? After several minutes back and forth this was chocked up to a different manager being there and eventually the previously agreed upon deal was honored. The dealership itself was somewhat lackluster with no real parts / accessory display, no water or other amenities available (at least while we were there). When going thru the paperwork portion I asked why they didn't have cups / keychains etc for buyers? They pulled out a few keychains for the dealership. When taking delivery there was no "delivery bay", it was just parked in the lot with all the other cars? Almost every other new car I have purchased was prepped and staged for an exciting delivery. Ready for pictures and congratulations on the new purchase. Nope, you don't get that here. Several weeks later when my trip permit was due to expire I found out that all the paperwork had been sitting and was never processed and sent to Washington for title and licensing? How does this even happen? I was sent an additional trip permit and my paperwork was expedited to a licensing office near my home. All in all I got the rig I wanted, at an acceptable price but it was definitely not the exciting experience I was expecting, especially on a $60K vehicle. On the upside it has a lifetime powertrain warranty and 10yrs free roadside but as trivial as it seems I think a few little things could make a much better buying experience. Just a few Toyota coffee cups in the finance peoples offices with a couple of key rings, a pen and a thank you for your business would do wonders. Sometimes things are about the experience and the memories, this one was kind of lack luster. More

I have bought from Royal Moore back in 2016 and once again here in 2023, I am buying a new one. The staff member, Owen Jones is a very nice and knowledgeable team member, I didn’t feel pressure nor did again here in 2023, I am buying a new one.
