Get your wadders on! The cars we wanted to look at said they were ready and available for sale online. We get to the dealership and they can’t locate one of the vehicles. The cars we wanted to look at said they were ready and available for sale online. We get to the dealership and they can’t locate one of the vehicles. The other vehicle’s AC control wasn’t working. Not a big deal if they would fix it and they said they would. We were lead to believe the part had actually been ordered already and would be a simple fix. Drop the car off in the AM and pick it up that evening. We liked the car overall and decided fo purchase. Fast forward to 2 weeks after purchase, no part yet and they need my car for 2 days to do repair because they have to take it to the Audi dealer. Ok- pain in the butt however we arranged our schedule for the 2 days I wouldn’t need my car and made the appt to take it the 2hrs back to them. They don’t provide loaner vehicles which sucks. So they end up having my car for 6 days after me demandimg to them I was coming to get it that weekend because I have to have my car. We still waited 2hrs after getting there to get my car back. And the cherry on top- we got a bill in the mail from FDOT for a toll they ran while the vehicle was in there possesion!! More

Rough flow but worth it! The dealership is huge and seemingly unorganized, it was a lot of stop and go and wait for texts etc. Our salesperson was very nice and explained it a The dealership is huge and seemingly unorganized, it was a lot of stop and go and wait for texts etc. Our salesperson was very nice and explained it all and didn’t pressure us, but ultimately he couldn’t make the process smoother (not his job) so that’s why they didn’t get a better score. There was no cold beverages, no snacks, only a vending machine, a warm water fountain, and a soggy hotdog food truck outside. We did appreciate the plugs they had on one table only. Overall it just was not a comfortable place to be to spend the day. We also had to track down someone at the end to make sure the addon we bought was installed....and then took their word for it because we have no proof. Yes I understand you save money shopping like this but some comfort items and more plugs, a tv or video game section for the kids in the main room and not just the little train table area in the switch cars room would have been nice. Heck put in a trampoline and have parents sign a waiver. Something. More
