Everything right up front and negotiations were handled at one sitting. Also, they were extremely responsive to our requests with regard to the things in our eyes that needed to be done to the vehicle, specifically detailing. After the deal was signed and sealed and in preparation for delivery, they spent almost 2 hours cleaning and detailing the vehicle using every machine and product available, front to back, inside and out, to make our used vehicle look nearly new. I know this because I went back and watched the detailing crew have at it. While we waited they let us take my trade-in and go have a bite to eat. Didn't really have to do that for us. Finally, walking the lot is like going to a car show. They have seemingly every vehicle from Supercars to Smartcars, and lots of them. All with prices clearly stated on the windsheild. Its an impressive operation. More

Great experience! My son referred me to HGreg whom I have never heard of before. We both made the trip to check out the 'newcomer' to the area from Canada. Pleasantly My son referred me to HGreg whom I have never heard of before. We both made the trip to check out the 'newcomer' to the area from Canada. Pleasantly surprised to see the inventory on hand from economic cars to high end vehicles. The rep was Eddie Bush and was patient when I did not buy anything on the first trip, but loved the test drive I took with a vehicle I had a key interest in. Told him I would return and ask for him again and to see the car in the daytime. Took the chance it may still be there. I did return three weeks later but did not buy that 'first' car I drove in and decided to go with same brand just a different color. Finance guy Ozkan worked with me and helped me meet my budget limits. When I returned three days later for a couple of things to take care of with the vehicle, Leo (service) took care of ordering something for the car and Ozkan took care of the tags....even one of the reps (unknown name) helped me with the snack machine. Everyone I walked past from HGreg said hello or if needed assistance. The only thing on the negative side, once you decide to purchase, is the wait between departments before you actually drive away so plan on being there for a few hours. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a used car/different experience from the dealerships. Thank you. More

Great used car buying experience! Marcos from HGreg in Orlando made my car selection and purchasing experience so comfortable and straight forward. I had been to a couple of dealership Marcos from HGreg in Orlando made my car selection and purchasing experience so comfortable and straight forward. I had been to a couple of dealerships prior to visiting HGreg and none of them demonstrated the care HGreg showed in finding a car that would work for me rather than just trying to sell me something. I know everyone in the car sales business is trying to sell cars but HGreg demonstrated a care for customer satisfaction that is not apparent at any car dealership I have been to. Marcos was attentive and patient as I gave him a general idea what I was looking for. I gave him some stock numbers of cars I was interested in and he showed us all the information available for each, namely the vehicle history and warranty status from carfax. I test drove three of the vehicles and chose a silver Toyota Camry that I am now very happy with. Marcos put some nice finishing touches on the car to make sure it was ready to go including new front tires. Martinez in the shop put the car up on a lift for us so we could properly look at the undercarriage which was in great condition like the rest of the vehicle. Ozkan got us through the purchasing process very smoothly. Great staff and atmosphere. I definitely recommend HGreg for anyone looking to buy a used car in very good condition at a great price. More

Marcos helped me out, picking a few optimal cars and was honest when we reviewed them and test drove them, some we skipped because although the numbers looked good we could tell after looking at the interior it wasn't ideal, and he was honest about it which was refreshing. Very friendly and helpful. My deal was a little more complicated than most and Vince was key in getting a fair price. Ozkan also helped me find the best deal I could get with financing. More
