I want to start by saying that our service advisor, Auzzie, has been wonderful.He genuinely cares about his customers. He always takes the time to answer our questions and address our concerns. Unfortunately, the vehicle pick‑up experience has consistently been disappointing. On our last three visits, we were told the car was ready, only to discover that something had been overlooked, a needed repair wasn’t completed, or new issues appeared. Before notifying customers that their vehicle is ready, I believe all teams should thoroughly inspect the car to ensure everything has truly been addressed. My husband has multiple medical conditions, and these repeated delays and unresolved issues have prevented him from getting to important doctor appointments. While rentals are offered, having to arrange one—rather than receiving a dealer loaner—adds an extra burden, as it requires travel to another location to pick it up. Since the recommended software update, this car has had constant problems. We used to love it, but now it has become more of a frustration than a joy because of these ongoing software‑related issues. We truly hope management will take this feedback seriously, as we would like nothing more than to enjoy and rely on our vehicle again. More

If you don’t speak Spanish, it’s difficult. The prices are exorbitant regarding repairs. It’s a beautiful new facility in a great location, but that means nothing if the CustomerService and purchasing deals aren’t good ! More
