Legacy’s Service center is very unprofessional and are liars. They forced me to make an appointment to have a test done and then took my car with no intention of doing my car’s test during the appointment liars. They forced me to make an appointment to have a test done and then took my car with no intention of doing my car’s test during the appointment time frame. When I called to check on the results for the test I was advised that they were backed up and wouldn’t look at my car for about 3-5 days. I was never advised of this wait time. Then when I brought it to the supervisor’s attention he promised me a loaner car and never followed through. As a matter of fact he then started to ignore my calls. I am very disappointed with the entire service team and would not recommend this dealership to anyone. You have definitely gained a detractor. More

My truck had to be towed it had a dead battery and a bad tailgate switch also had a oil change and tire rotation got a call from Becky said it’s good to go when I arrived got the keys and left but when I ch tailgate switch also had a oil change and tire rotation got a call from Becky said it’s good to go when I arrived got the keys and left but when I check the tire pressure monitoring system only one was reading the pressure the other 3 were out so i turned around and went back to legacy told Becky what had happen they took it to the back for a few minutes brought it back was doing the same thing so she tells me maybe I need to drive it for a while if they do not show bring it back so I left about a mile they came on when I got home I was going to wash my truck but I seen a dent on my passenger side finder they either hit the fender when removing the battery or installing the batteryso I drove back went show Becky she got the manager first word he said to me was he’s not sure that they did here that it may have been the tow truck driver i said well it was not like that before it came here then he said to pop the hood when I was looking under the hood the cap was left off of the wiper jug so they had the dent doctor come and try to repair it but not a good job still can see the dent so I’m still not happy with the results this will be the last time my truck will go to legacy gmc. It’s a shame when you bring you truck for service and they cause me more problems More
