First i was given a call that my repair would take longer than what they agreed on with my warranty provider because when they test drive my truck it was misfirirng and that i would be responsible to pay out than what they agreed on with my warranty provider because when they test drive my truck it was misfirirng and that i would be responsible to pay out of pocket for rental car. then was called later and told i can come get my truck that it is done. when i got there i paid for everything and started my truck and it is still tapping like when i brought it in. was told by manager and saleswoman that i should drive it for a couple days and that no mechanics were there to look at it. noise is still there and still nig ifling smoothly. would not recommend legacy westbank to anyone ever. will get vehicle checked by another mechanic and move on from there More
