I’m writing to express serious concern about the service experience with my GMC Acadia (dropped off on July 15th for a fuel-related issue). This was a scheduled appointment I waited over a week for. Yet, I’ experience with my GMC Acadia (dropped off on July 15th for a fuel-related issue). This was a scheduled appointment I waited over a week for. Yet, I’ve received almost no communication since drop-off — only a vague confirmation of the issue I already diagnosed myself. This is day three, and I still have no quote, repair timeline, or any update beyond what I provided at check-in. I was told my car is “in the back of the line,” which defeats the purpose of scheduling in advance. I’ve purchased two vehicles from your dealership and was considering a third, but this lack of transparency and service has made me reconsider. Don't like the way they always give you one price and then they want you to pay more if and I emphasize if they find something else wrong instead of giving you a bottom line price.
