When I originally called to make an appointment about a recall, I told them about another issue I was having with my vehicle’s headlights not working properly. I was told to inform them when it was brought recall, I told them about another issue I was having with my vehicle’s headlights not working properly. I was told to inform them when it was brought in. When I did, they said I would need to make another appointment for them to look at that issue. The reason I brought it up in the first place was to have them research the issue that day. I work Monday through Friday and sometimes weekends and can not afford to make multiple appointments and take time off. As a military member, I can not be without a vehicle for multiple days when I am on call 24/7. Now I am driving a vehicle that is unsafe to other drivers because my lights are flickering on and off. More
