He made it easy for us to come in and deal with him. We would recommend your dealership and Pat to others. One of the best guys I have dealt with to date. Only thing that took long was the day of pick up you were very busy so it took a while. Also, please note that the pressure when we picked up our vehicle was 8-10 over the recommended PSI, which made for an awful ride till I checked it and dropped it when I got home. Would also have loved to have seen some gloss on the tires when we picked it up. I had a good experience with one of your techs whom I engaged with.
