She was Very friendly and pleasant to work with and responded my questions promptly. When I walked in the dealer shop to pick up my new car, Pedro Sosa took me for a drive and showed me all the features of the car and answered my questions patiently. He made it so easy for me to transition from driving a SUV to a compact sedan. And Lydia Torres at the financing department was also very friendly making the process pleasant and efficient.
