I had a 2018 Buick Encore I purchased 15 months earlier from another GMC dealer that I traded in. I figured out the other KC dealer took advantage of me and I should have walked away as I was starting to sign the paperwork. Needless to say, I was very much on guard when I went to Robert Brogden but Everyone there put me at ease and confirmed my thoughts based on looking at my paperwork from the other dealership. They accepted my trade and sent me away much happier in my Buick Cascada. I will never go to another Buick dealer again. Robert Brogden, you are my hero!! More
