I purchased a Grand Highlander a week ago and I love my vehicle. I am a repeat customer and my sales person Pablo did an amazing job. I must say I was disappointed because when I traded my SUV in for the vehicle. I am a repeat customer and my sales person Pablo did an amazing job. I must say I was disappointed because when I traded my SUV in for the Grand Highlander, I was told they had to put new tires and do a 40,000 mile service so they could not give me the full amount my vehicle was worth. Well my friend went to try and purchase my vehicle and they told him they would not put new tires and they would not do anything to it. Basically they would sell it as it. I was very disappointed in Lee Roybal for lying to me about why I couldn’t get the full amount of what my vehicle was worth and they didn’t even replace the tires or do the 40,000 mile service. I will not buy another vehicle from them again. The bad part is my friend would have bought my old Highlander and his employment has also purchased several vehicles from there for the college he works at. It’s really sad there is no more integrity! You would think they would take care of their customers better. More
