Bob did all the dealings through Pam for me and I was NEVER unhappy with ANY purchases I made through her or your dealership as she always ordered exactly what I wanted. Bob retired last year and now I'm on my own and plan again to deal with Pam myself. Look out Pam I'm looking at the 2020 Highlander Platinum, so as soon as the colors come out I will be bugging you.
