Great service department! I took my Accord in for a recall and was having trouble starting it also. Joe Esparza from the “blue team” helped check me in and kept me updated thro I took my Accord in for a recall and was having trouble starting it also. Joe Esparza from the “blue team” helped check me in and kept me updated throughout the process. I was there for over 3 hours, but Gunn has fresh coffee, donuts, ice water, TV, and work stations with plenty of outlets to charge devices. I ended up needing a new battery and a starter, but Joe tried just a battery first to try and save me money before just saying I needing a new starter too. He tried to save me money where he could, and even offered a coupon for 10% off. I highly recommend Gunn Honda for any service work you need for your vehicle! More

I will purchase a vehicle from Gunn Honda for my daughter for college because of Parish. He's the one employee that keeps my family coming back to Gunn Honda for almost all things automotive. If I was the President of the organization, I'd give some serious thought and consideration about a supervisory roll and salary increase to Parish. Employees like Parish make organizations better for everyone. More

Believe it o These folks have all the bases covered: Service and Sales second to none and all performed in a customer-considerate professional manner. Believe it or not, I drove my first Honda for a little over 15 years, and in that time I developed a great relationship with a super team of people. My go-to guy in Service is Parish Malone and you couldn't ask for better! I've known Parish and his supervisor Steve Harwood (another fellow you should know) for all of those 15 years. These guys not only deliver first-class service and maintenance, but they interface very smoothly with Sales, helping the customer to see what the possibilities are. In Sales I worked with Michael Mucha who was thorough and patient with "bringing me on-board" with all the new advances (and they are many!) that have been made in those 15 years. Michael, along with Zach Hernandez in finance, made the entire purchase about as clear and stress-freed as possible. When it came time to get a new car, my reason for purchasing a new Honda was not only because they are wonderful vehicles, but because I definitely wanted to continue the relationship I had with the staff at Gunn. They are definitely "Good People!" (This review asks if it was a "Sales" or "Service" visit. My last 2 visits were one of each.... so I would answer "both" as both would be rated as very good experiences) More
