I wish I had more positive feedback, but it's been nearly 3 weeks since I purchased my vehicle, and I have yet to see delivery. Communication over the last week+ has largely been "we'll have answers tomorrow." In every instance, there has been no follow-through. It feels as though they sold me a vehicle and forgot about me after contracts had been signed. Hopefully a one-off experience with this dealership, but it's worth noting how frustrating it's been working with them out of state. They just can't seem to coordinate a delivery. I also can't cancel this sale due to Michigan law, per LaFontaine, meaning they continue to hold it on their lot indefinitely. Again, no answers and no plan. Today was especially frustrating given that I missed a disabled Veteran work function due to this failed delivery process. I would have certainly not trusted this dealership had I known I would be in this situation. More
