Service Experience at Conecelli Toyota Service Center I had an excellent experience at Conecelli Toyota. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. Everyone was courteous and helpful and the waitin I had an excellent experience at Conecelli Toyota. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. Everyone was courteous and helpful and the waiting time was reasonable. The service performed on my Toyota was great and I was provided with a coupon that I wasn't aware of that saved me money on my inspection. I would highly recommend Conecelli Toyota and I will return for further service on my Toyota as needed. More

Easiet big purchase ever I scheduled my appointment on a whim and was in less than 12 hours later. Pat was ready to go and took the stress out of the big purchase instantly. He was willing to work with me on the value of my trade in as well as offer me some killer warranties without trying to force them on me. Purchasing a vehicle is the 2nd biggest purchase to a house and Pat made it feel like I was buying something at the grocery store, it was that easy. I'm going to recommend Pat to anyone I know that I overhear that are on the market for a new vehicle. Aside from Pat, Nick in Finance made the paperwork flow smoothly. It's a lot of signing but he was on top of everything and explained everything in detail and answered any questions I asked. Both he and Pat made it very clear that if I had any questions or concerns post-sale that they would be available. Grade A teamwork on the part of the staff. More

START HERE AND YOU WILL END HERE We recently went shopping for a used car for our daughter. Because we had heard great things about the Conicelli Auto Group, they were our first stop. We recently went shopping for a used car for our daughter. Because we had heard great things about the Conicelli Auto Group, they were our first stop. Our experience could not have been better. We explained to our sales rep Pat Buschemi our budget along with other considerations such as age and mileage and he was able to show us a large selection of autos that fit our parameters. My daughter, after several test drives fell in love with a 2013 Toyota Corolla with low mileage and a great price. We purchased the car the next day. Thanks to Pat and everyone else for all their help. More

Pat Buscemi is the BEST! I just did a lease trade for a new Toyota Rav4. I worked with Pat, as recommended by a friend, and he was fantastic. His priorities were about me and I just did a lease trade for a new Toyota Rav4. I worked with Pat, as recommended by a friend, and he was fantastic. His priorities were about me and my new car, not his sale. He spent the whole night with me driving, looking at various models and colors, and helping me get every detail and fine print section covered in a safe, calm, and extremely fun and positive manner. This is my 4th vehicle purchase, and I've never experienced someone as fantastic at their job or as pleasant to buy from. He even offered to drive me to return my previous lease at another dealership. What a guy! Pat - you rock! More

We were not optimistic about finding a car in the 5-6 K range for my 18 year old son at Conicelli Toyota. We saw the red Volvo and stopped to look at it. Pat came out and verified that it was for sale range for my 18 year old son at Conicelli Toyota. We saw the red Volvo and stopped to look at it. Pat came out and verified that it was for sale and give us a price . We left the dealership and discussed the three cars on our list, made our dicision and returned to speak with Pat. This was Saturday around noon. We did the test drive, agreed on the price and by 5 PM Monday Billy had his car. Pat has a great personality, gave us confidence in his honesty and also addressed the high standards of the Conicelli organization. He said the car had to be safe and clean before it left the lot. Pat helped us with the price and put the car in for service immediately after we put a deposit on the car. He committed to having the car ready on Monday and it was. So, working with a person that you like and trust, an organization like Conicelli, getting the car that you want, at a reasonable price, on time, clean and inspected, is a great experience. More
