This is my first vehicle from Boucher Volkswagen and the experience was AMAZING!! Joe Kryszewski and Patrick Easterlin were so helpful with finding the right vehicle for me. I’d rate negative if allowable. This guy is a manager and has absolutely zero people skills. His dealerships service department damaged my vehicle through their own negligence and never an apology given. Act has absolutely zero people skills. Actually quite the opposite, arrogant attitude and trying to intimidate a customer, as well as escalating a situation that was entirely their fault.
