Pat is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. He followed up promptly on our emails, answered all our questions and worked to get us a good price. I would recommend him without reservations. Valley Honda is a great dealership that I would also recommend both for sales and service. I've always found the personnel to be easy to work with. The only negative on this last purchase was the discovery that the Homelink garage door opener is no longer standard on the Odyssey EX as it was on our 2014 model. This is not a criticism of Pat or Valley Honda. It was something we simply didn't notice until after the sale was complete. Pat worked quickly to determine that it could be added afterwards and we are now happy. More

We called Pat and told him what we were looking for as we have worked with him in the past, and within a short period of time he gave us several options to look at. We scheduled an appointment with him and viewed the vehicles he had. Within an hour we had selected a Honda Pilot with low mileage and in great condition. We drove the SUV and fell in love with it. The color was perfect and it was able to seat 8 which we needed for our growing family. We recently just drove the Pilot to Florida on vacation and the ride was perfect.
