We put off buying a car as it is one of our least favorite things to do, and so many salespeople are pushy and make you feel so pressured. Pat was an outstanding salesman who located multiple cars for us off the lot and let us take time to look at each one and think about what was best for us. The Sales Manager, Kurt Gonzales, came over to introduce himself while Pat was looking for one of the cars we were interested in viewing. Kurt was so friendly and good natured! Between Pat and Kurt, I felt like I was with family whose only interest was in making me happy! He shared his expertise, which I not only valued but gave him great credibility in selling me on a car on my first shopping visit to Valley Honda! He gave me his undivided attention. He worked with his sales management to achieve a purchase price that I felt was very fair value. Pat sold me a Honda Fit to complement my existing Odyssey, and is a key reason that I remain a loyal Honda owner.
