Pat Ryan, the new vehicle manager, gave a fair value on my trade-in with the ususal hassle I'd come to expect from other dealers. This is the second new vehicle I've purchased from Ryan and the experience has been great both times. Also, financing was simple. All I had to do was give them my information over the phone so when I came in to pick up the truck, everything was waiting for me to review and sign. There was no pressure to buy an extended warranty - it was offered and after I politely declined, we moved on. Overall - Excellent dealership with excellent employees! More
