When we arrived a Guy Family Kia, Pat Smith greeted us and asked what we were looking for. We told him and he showed us the car then took us for a test drive. We told him we had other dealerships to vis and asked what we were looking for. We told him and he showed us the car then took us for a test drive. We told him we had other dealerships to visit and he thanked us for stopping by. About a week later we called him to see if he would show us other cars. He said yes and we went back. I was amazed that Pat did not sell like a normal car salesman, he didn't put any pressure on us at all. We looked a several other makes and even went to Fredy's Kia which we were not impressed with, Finally the third weekend we went down to see a car that he had just got in and went for a test drive. About an hour later we signed the deal. Overall, we were greatly impressed with Pat and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. More

Patrick Smith was very attentive and kind as soon as we pulled in the dealership lot.He approached us and asked what kind of vehicle might we be interested in and made a few recommendations, we fell in lov pulled in the dealership lot.He approached us and asked what kind of vehicle might we be interested in and made a few recommendations, we fell in love with the 2024 Kia Sportage X-line and he showed us all the features and let my fiancé test drive it and was well spoken during the process showing us the different modes and what each was for.I would highly recommend this dealership If you go there be sure to speak with Pat if he doesn’t approach you first which I’m sure he will he offered us several refreshments during the process and made us feel like we were at the right dealership and very welcomed,He never pushed the sale and let us decide if it was right for us but all I can say is the whole experience made us feel at home with This dealership “Gay Family Kia Dickinson” and the process was quick and simple after we made our decision.
