Needs better phone ettiquette, got hung up on multiple times while being transferred around endlessly. Also, you need to be better at keeping your word. Seller was very pushy with pushing me to buy the “best” insurance, i was told everything would be covered no matter what by him. I wasnt even told about the 200 deductible. So when i took my truck in for a check engine light, and after paying the 200 dollar deductible, I was told i had to pay more. According to the service dept what i was toldby the seller is not true and i got handed a bill even after the 200 deductible was paid. The seller was very pushy i should buy the insurance claiming everything would be covered if i bought the premium insurance. What’s the point of getting it if i’m still gonna get handed a bill. Do better at keeping your word. Seriously thinking of taking my business elsewhere next time. 1 star is too much, i wouldve given no stars. More
