Very kind to pick up my car and do oil change .quoted a very outrageous price for 1 tire $300 It's funny my neighbor has prius too and went to same dealer and quote her for 4 tire $600 . I had a very good experience at this dealership. I am very happy to have gone to this dealership. I took my 2014 Honda for brake service, front and rear, when the work was done, I only needed brake w I am very happy to have gone to this dealership. I took my 2014 Honda for brake service, front and rear, when the work was done, I only needed brake work, on the rear only, so that saved me half of the cost. I am very pleased with the service. good job, always . I wanted a local dealer who sold a solid automobile and had a good service department. I bought my car new at Alan Jay 10 years ago which was a good . I wanted a local dealer who sold a solid automobile and had a good service department. I bought my car new at Alan Jay 10 years ago which was a good choice ....great car(Toyota Corolla ) and a fine service department. .I kept my previous car(Corolla wagon) 19 years and sold it to a college kid who was in a band...Alan Jay will continue to service this car as long as both the car and I are running. Thanks to the excellent service department I suspect the car will outlive me....we"ll see. More

Manager Tyler needs to be more helpful with customers. Pat Walton was the salesperson that helped me all the way. I it was not for her, I would had to go to another dealer. Tyler the manager was not helpfu Pat Walton was the salesperson that helped me all the way. I it was not for her, I would had to go to another dealer. Tyler the manager was not helpful at all. I spent almost 4 hours in the dealer trying to buy a car. Instead of helping me to get a car, he left the dealer to go to lunch not caring that I was waiting with Pat in her office for different options to buy a car. I give Pat 5 stars for her great customer service, I can not say the samething of Tyler. He needs to be more helpful with all his customers and go beyond to solve all customers issues. I was not asking him for a favor, I was spending my money to buy a car and as a customer a deserved a better service from Tyler. Thanks to Pat I bought the car because she knows how to treat customers with proffesionalism and respect. More
