Staff is very friendly and cordial. I give them a five star. Unfortunately it seems that everybody else was scheduled for the same appointment time as mine. Brought my truck for oil change and tire rotation. When I dropped my truck off, I knew that driver's side rear tire was low air pressure. When I received the truck, the same tire was low even though my paperwork showed everything was checked. Went back to dealer, they checked and filled the tire and remarked, good to go! I am now skeptical if ANY of my service was done correctly. My service advisor, Patric, had gone to lunch when I went back so he is unaware of any of this. By giving you this statement, it will probably be in my best interest to go to Marianna from now on. I was extremely satisfied with my service until this incident.
