The salesperson was very nice and helpful but the overall customer service experience was very disappointing. It took an incredible amount of time from beginning to end over 6 hrs. Then when I thought it was customer service experience was very disappointing. It took an incredible amount of time from beginning to end over 6 hrs. Then when I thought it was ready there was no gas and had to go and get it with salespersons and bring her back. Had to return the next day to return my trade in but also had to request that car be cleaned and all the stickers be removed and the license plate needed to be framed. This took another 2 hrs of my time. Never experience this before and would not recommend dealership go in g forward. More
