Subject: Complaint Regarding Damaged Car and Unresolved Issues Good day, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns regarding the service I received at Nissan of Queens. On Issues Good day, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns regarding the service I received at Nissan of Queens. On Wednesday, October 1st, 2025, I brought my car in for an engine check and inspection. I was informed that the car needed to stay overnight, and that repairs and the inspection would be completed by Thursday, October 2nd, 2025. I returned to pick up my car on Friday, October 3rd, 2025. However, upon receiving my car, I noticed several issues: the LED lights that had been installed were now damaged, and the door handle was improperly reattached half in and half out. On Saturday, October 4th, 2025, I contacted Nissan of Queens to file a complaint about the condition of my car after the repairs. I spoke with the customer service department, and they scheduled an appointment for me on Sunday, October 6th, 2025, at 9:40 AM. At the appointment, I spoke to Mr. Thomas Cholander about the issues. Unfortunately, he refused to fix the damage to my car and instead demanded $280 to repair the LED lights, claiming that I would need to pay to fix what was broken during the service. I am extremely disappointed with this outcome. Nissan of Queens damaged my car during the service and is now asking me to pay for repairs that should have been completed properly in the first place.
