Helpful, friendly staff Just in to have splash guards installed. Came in for appointment at 1pm done at 4pm . I think 3 hours is a bit long but other than that ,good service. Keep service visit From the time I was greeted by the service writer Mike to talking to the parts employee Patty and mechanic Adrien I was VERY impressed with this deal From the time I was greeted by the service writer Mike to talking to the parts employee Patty and mechanic Adrien I was VERY impressed with this dealership. Especially these days when customer service is unheard of these people went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Mike worked with my warranty company and got me covered. Patty helped me figure out a remedy to a big problem and Adrien was happy to help with a favor that had nothing to do with the service issue I was there for. I will not go anywhere else!!! More

I have mixed feelings about this dealership I have mixed feelings - the sales process was great. The sales person, general manager and finance person were very nice. No pressure sales experien I have mixed feelings - the sales process was great. The sales person, general manager and finance person were very nice. No pressure sales experience. Made making the decision to lease a Jeep easier. The aftermarket follow up was lacking. I made many attempts to contact these people and a few others due to issues such as no registration received, skylink not set up and I never received a follow up call back. I finally went on chat and filed a complaint, was told I would get a call back - never happened - Emma sent me an email 2 days later asking if my issues had been resolved. The answer was a resounding NO. Finally received a call from Rick - finance on the 19th - apparently there were problems with the payoff on my trade in - of which as of 3/20 the monthly payment is past due, there is a late fee assessed and obviously the loan has not been paid off. I am still waiting on a resolution for this. Service and Parts are next - I will be ordering a part for install - We shall see what happens More

bad service you were much less than awesome.purchased new ram in december, 2 months later i notice abs module leaking. in shop for five days. call manager and ask you were much less than awesome.purchased new ram in december, 2 months later i notice abs module leaking. in shop for five days. call manager and ask if truck is done, cant get answer. i tell him that i need to know because need truck to take boat 4 service appt that i waited 2 weeks 4. rude receptionist tells me shes leaving messages, but no answer. i asked 4 loaner, but was offered uber, ridiculous!but wait, theres more, last week i lost my key,it happens. I then realized i was only given one key. Ha,d to get truck flatbedded to dealership. i pay for road assistance, call # and am put on hold, then hung up on! I call private tow company and $170.00 later of my own money im at cape cral dodge. driver calls and says arrived at 2pm. call rude receptionist several times and she calls back saying i got it in 2 late. you did rekey 4 free, but only gave me one new key. now im in same predicament if i lose! even my lawnmower came with 2 keys. i regret ever walking through your door!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! patty was awesome More
