This is my first Hyundai..I purchased a Sonata SE and am very happy with my purchase. Patrick is the type of salesperson that takes the bull by the horns and handles any task to make his customer happy. I very happy with my purchase. I had a finance issue two months after the sale and Patrick (who really should not have handled the finance issue) did whatever it took to handle the issue to completion and ALWAYS responded to my phone calls quickly. I bought a new car in November and brought my fiance' to buy a car yesterday. Patrick is the best there is and also the finance guy was very helpful as well. I had my first oil chsnge yesterday and Patrick told me when I bought the car when I bring it in for my 1st oil change He would put in the computer for a car wash and they would do the inside too. WELL the inside looked like they did nothing and when I asked the man in the service department he told me they are very busy on Saturdays................THAT is not my problem so I went to the detailing department myself and when I asked who was i charge and what happened He told me I would have to pay for that service when I told Him it was included in this visit and why He told me to go inside and pay for it if I wanted it done the right way!! THAT is not NICE! More
