Took car in June 17 for vibration when accelerating at low RPM. Waited a few days for a diagnosis and after not hearing anything back by June 20th, I decided to reach out to service advisor for update. low RPM. Waited a few days for a diagnosis and after not hearing anything back by June 20th, I decided to reach out to service advisor for update. She messaged back same day stating that I needed a new transmission and that she was working with the extended warranty company. Also saying that she had to wait for an inspector to come to get approval. No communication until June 26th with me asking if there were any updates and she stated she was still waiting and promised for update that day. Well that didn't happen. On July 2nd, asked again for updates on inspector. July 3rd, she responded that they came in previous day and we were now waiting on new transmission to come with no ETA. No communication until July 14 when I asked if there was an ETA and she responded not yet. Once again, I had to reach out on July 18 to see if there were any updates and she responded that it would be there the following week. I reached out again 10 days later, July 28th for an update and she responded July 29th that the tech was finishing a vehicle to start mine. I then messaged immediately and asked if there was an estimated date for completion and didn't get a response. After several calls, she said that technician was to get finish August 8 but was told a piece was broken and that they had ordered a replacement. She stated that it would be complete Monday, Aug 11th. On Aug 11th, I was told that they wouldn't be finished until late afternoon and that she would have it delivered to me at my job on Aug 12th by mid morning. I didn't hear from her at all this day. After noon, I called and asked to speak to either the GM or GSM and no one else on having my vehicle delivered. After several calls, I eventually landed on the phone with Patrick Bernard, he was amazing and professional. He gave me his personal number as well as made sure my car was delivered to me the same day. As far as the service advisor, the lack of communication and the need to follow up with customers was horrible. I'm just glad to have my vehicle back in my possession. More

The dealership themselves dealt with me wonderfully. I gave them my budget and they were able to work with it. I felt heard, I felt valued, I felt safe and assured that I was getting the best deal and the best car at the best dealership. More

Would have been 1 star but I’ll give some grace. Sold me a used EV that I was told qualified for the $4k EV tax credit. Was later told the paperwork was filed with the IRS. Neither was true. Sold me a used EV that I was told qualified for the $4k EV tax credit. Was later told the paperwork was filed with the IRS. Neither was true. IRS rejected my tax return. Circled back to Jim Ellis Cadillac and they would not admit their mistake ignoring evidence I had. I’ve bought over 15 cars from Jim Ellis dealerships. This is the first issue I had. The indifference and arrogance from the Cadillac store was shocking. More

I’m writing this review after an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Jim Ellis Cadillac of Atlanta. I expected a professional, straightforward transaction, but instead, I’ve been met w and disappointing experience with Jim Ellis Cadillac of Atlanta. I expected a professional, straightforward transaction, but instead, I’ve been met with evasive behavior and unresolved issues for months. Full Payment Made, No Vehicle Delivered On August 14, 2024, I provided full payment for a 2023 Lamborghini Urus (VIN: ZPBUB3ZL0PLA27551) through a Certified Funds Note, compliant with all legal requirements under the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC). Despite this, Jim Ellis Cadillac has failed to deliver the vehicle and has provided no valid reason for withholding it. Customer Service Failure Multiple attempts to resolve this amicably have been ignored. I’ve sent formal notices and requests for written explanations via certified mail, and while they received these notices, they simply haven’t responded. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable for any business, let alone one dealing in high-value transactions. Breach of Trust and Legal Obligations Even more concerning is the fact that the vehicle is still listed for sale on their website, despite my full payment being tendered months ago. This indicates a serious breach of contract and possibly conversion of property. It’s troubling that Jim Ellis Cadillac would engage in such behavior, leaving a paying customer without any resolution for nearly three months. Conclusion: I would strongly advise potential customers to reconsider doing business with this dealership. They have displayed an alarming disregard for legal obligations, customer satisfaction, and basic professionalism. I will be pursuing legal action to resolve this matter, and I hope others are spared from similar treatment. Avoid Jim Ellis Cadillac unless you're willing to risk delays, poor service, and serious legal issues. More
