Patrick Branyan, is a major asset to the Gay Family Kia dealership! Not only did he keep it professional at all times, but he was able to get me in and out of the dealership expeditiously with the vehicle dealership! Not only did he keep it professional at all times, but he was able to get me in and out of the dealership expeditiously with the vehicle that I wanted. From start to finish, he always made sure to keep us informed on all of the vehicles we were interested in, he made sure we felt comfortable and confident in our vehicle selections by asking probing questions, and he spoke eloquently throughout our entire encounter. His passion, knowledge, and genuine concern for the well-being of my family and our safety left an ever lasting impression! I highly recommend Patrick for promotion and a higher billet with more challenging responsibilities as I strongly feel he will successfully complete all of his tasks! He will definitely mold and guide the Gay Family Auto business into a more corroborative and triumphant direction for the foreseeable future! We look forward to working with Bryan again to purchase another vehicle and will be making recommendations to everyone we know about the Kia Family Auto services and vehicle availabilities! Everyone working at this dealership whether they were working with me or not was very friendly and asked if there was anything I needed or they could do for me while my salesman was talking to the financ working with me or not was very friendly and asked if there was anything I needed or they could do for me while my salesman was talking to the finance office on my behalf. It was the only dealership I had been to who really tried to get to a price arrangement that I would feel comfortable with signing. Once I bought the car, they didn't just give me the keys and say, "Good Luck". My wonderful salesman, Patrick Branyan, went over everything on how the car works and and asked if I had any questions. He told me if I had any questions in the future, just give him a call and handed me his business card that had his cell # on it as well as the dealership #! It does take a while to get there but it was well worth the drive to go to this dealership. More

Very pleasant experience buying my first KIA. Patrick Branyan in sales was patient, listened to my needs and allowed me to make the decision without pressure. The salesman Patrick was knowledgeable, patient, focused. He never pressured us to make a decision/choice. His goal was to get us the vehicle that was right for us. He was always available and returned messages quickly. He explained the features of the vehicle we chose and even got us set up in the new vehicle. He let us know that we could call him at any time if we came across something we did not understand. The finance manager Gerardo was easy to work with and respected our decisions. Again, no pressure to choose things we did not want. The service department followed up with us quickly. We have owned the vehicle about a week and we love it! More
