Service Department seems to be very good. But they apparently are limited by the dealership on the level of customer service convenience they are allowed to provide. Excessive wear on tires after 15,000 miles they apparently will not honor tire warranty even though they did previous alignment check and servicing prior to and after I bought tires from them. I had much better experience with Discount Tire with my previous vehicle with them a 20,000 mile tire wear issue was resolved with a new tire replacement, they did not even prorate tire wear for exchange. More
