Godwin was professional, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. He was highly responsive to our questions and requests, followed through on everything he said he would do and was very accommodating to our needs and busy schedule. Patrick Coleman was fair and honest about what he could offer us, went out of his way to get us the right vehicle at the right price and, in the end, offered us a great deal. Peter and Patrick again came through on a quick sale deal matching all competitors without any ifs and buts. 30 min to paper signing from start of deal. Great financing rates , competing with lowest in the market shows that they are in it for the best experience from the car price to the financing deal. I did not even know the manufacturer had a especial financing rate on the car model I chose. They offered it to me after all the prices were verified. I was ready to go to the Credit Union offering great rates, but they virtually matched the rate deal. The wide selection of cars and colors helped my wife and I choose the color we liked. We did a test drive, she went to an 1 hour massage at a spa nearby, we did all the paper work and then I went to pick her up and upon return the car was ready to go with a full tank of gas. There is a lady that tries to sell aftermarket stuff. I usually tell her I don't want anything and she just politely schedules me for the first free oil change given by Toyota on their free maintenance program for 2 years. More
