Worse service we've EVER had! James in the service dept. was terrible! He would say we're getting our car a certain date then we wouldnt6hear from him. This dealership used to be pretty chaotic but things have finally actually gotten better! The new management and organization is showing a positive effect. I noticed a lot of good and professional changes. finally actually gotten better! The new management and organization is showing a positive effect. I noticed a lot of good and professional changes. I can actually get in contact with an advisor now. That was previously impossible unless they gave me their personal cell phone. I truly used to hate going there after so many failed visits leading to comebacks for something they messed up. They are actually regaining my trust after a rough 2 years. More

This dealership is amazing went above and beyond to help my husband and get a van that was affordable Derek was very responsive to all my questions Sam came to thank me for my business an I felt at home t my husband and get a van that was affordable Derek was very responsive to all my questions Sam came to thank me for my business an I felt at home the finance managers were just breathtaking when it came to being transparent so amazing Oshay took his time to explain truthfully what my payment was and what I was paying in total and made sure I understood the contract I was signing the finance manager that’s in the other office I think his name is chuck he heard me talking about my cats and came in introduced hisself and gave me some info on his cats and what he does to maintain all 12 of them at the end I recommend anyone looking for a truthful transparent dealership that takes care of you as well as making you feel at home you must go check out midtown Kia wonderful experience!!!! More
